How to Save Extra on Your Window Project
- The Labor-Only Track: Eliminate steep contractor material markups. Shop
around and purchase the exact brand, frame color, and grid style you want from
any local supplier. We provide the professional tools, expanding foam, flashing
tapes, and labor. - Whole-House Multi-Window Discount: Save big by grouping your window
updates. Schedule 5 or more window installations during the same project
window, and we will instantly deduct 15% off your entire project labor balance.
The Fine Print Made Simple
- Diagnostic & Measurement Fee: We charge a flat $125 fee to drive out, perform
a detailed draft inspection, and take precision digital measurements for your
window order. This fee is 100% waived and credited back to your project
balance if you book your repair or installation with us. - Hidden Rot Clause: Our base installation rates assume a structurally sound
opening. If we remove an old window and discover active wood rot or hidden
structural water damage inside the wall cavities, we will provide a clear, line-item
repair quote before proceeding. - Second-Story Surcharge: Standard pricing applies to first-floor windows. Due to
extra ladder setup time, scaffolding requirements, and safety protocols, windows
on the second story or higher incur an additional $50 to $100 surcharge per unit.
