• Tier 2: Targeted Plank or Tile Swaps | $450 – $650
  
  Includes: Cutting out and replacing 3 to 6 water-damaged or buckled
  Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP), or chipping out and replacing up to 5 cracked
  ceramic tiles with matching grout.
  
• Tier 3: Subfloor Repair & Structural Fixes | $850 – $1,250
  
  Includes: Cutting back a rotted section of plywood subfloor caused by an
  old appliance leak, reinforcing weak joists, and pouring localized self
  leveler.
