  latches and hinges, or installing anti-sag cable kits to restore smooth

• Tier 2: Single Post Extraction & Replacement | $350 – $500
  
  Includes: Chipping out the concrete footer of a single broken or rotted
  fence post, setting a heavy-duty new post straight and plumb in fresh
  concrete, and reattaching existing panels.
  
• Tier 3: Multi-Panel Restoration or Tree Damage Fix | $600 – $950
  
  Includes: Re-anchoring up to three disconnected or fallen fence panels,
