- Localized Drywall Repair Tiers
Flat-rate pricing to fix targeted wall or ceiling damage without replacing entire rooms.
- Tier 1: Minor Cosmetic Patches | $175 – $275
Includes: Repairing minor dents, accidental doorknob holes (using
mesh/backing clips), sealing a handful of popped drywall screws, or
patching small settling cracks. - Tier 2: Medium Utility Cuts & Access Patches | $300 – $475
Includes: Patching and blending drywall cutouts left behind by electricians
or plumbers (up to two 2’x2′ holes), including standard 3-coat mudding
and smooth feather sanding. - Tier 3: Complex Water Damage or Ceiling Patches | $500 – $750
Includes: Cutting out saggy, water-damaged drywall sections from minor
roof or plumbing leaks, treating surrounding framing for surface mold,
installing replacement panels, and matching a standard smooth finish.
