- Tier 1: Basic Hardware & Alignment Tune-Ups | $175 – $275
o Includes: Adjusting sagging hinges, shimming plates to fix a sticking door,
replacing worn bottom sweeps/weatherstripping, or swapping out a
standard deadbolt and handle set. - Tier 2: Frame Realignment & Strike Plate Adjustments | $300 – $450
o Includes: Repairing a door that won’t latch properly due to house settling,
planing down a swollen exterior wood door, or replacing failed hydraulic
closers on commercial/heavy doors. - Tier 3: Sidelight Glass or Structural Threshold Swaps | $450 – $650
